Agreement

By creating an account or using ClientOS, you accept these terms for yourself and for the company you represent. The service is provided by [Company legal name].

Accounts and users

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, for the use of the service by the members you invite to your workspace, and for the accuracy of the data you provide.

Free trial

Each new workspace gets a 14-day free trial without payment details. When it ends, the service stops accepting changes unless a plan is purchased.

Subscription and payment

• Prices are per user for each billing period, as shown on the pricing page at the time of payment, plus applicable taxes.
• Each period is paid in advance, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
• If you do not renew on time, you get a grace period, after which the workspace becomes read-only with your data kept.

Your data

Your workspace data belongs to your company. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the service. You can export it at any time, and it is permanently deleted 30 days after the workspace is deleted.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to send spam or to contact people without a lawful basis.
• Follow data-protection and anti-spam laws when you contact your leads.
• Do not try to access other customers’ data, disrupt the service, or get around usage limits.

Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, and it may pause briefly for maintenance. There is no service-level agreement unless agreed in writing.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or is not paid for. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law
